1. Kapsam

Bu politika, NovaCoreLabs'ın ("biz") geliştirdiği Carvemo Android uygulamasının bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamanın adı Google Play'de "Carvemo: Car Maintenance" olarak yer alır. İletişim: support@novacorelabs.com.tr.

2. Cihazındaki bilgiler

Carvemo aşağıdaki bilgileri cihazın uygulamaya ayrılmış alanında saklar:

Uygulama için NovaCoreLabs hesabı ya da sunucusu yoktur. Yukarıdaki kayıtları biz almayız, görmeyiz ve işlemeyiz.

3. Fotoğraflar

Fotoğraf eklemek istediğinde Android fotoğraf seçicisi açılır ve yalnızca seçtiğin görsele erişilir. Uygulama, görselin küçültülmüş bir JPEG kopyasını kendi alanında saklar. Carvemo kamera, konum, kişi ya da mikrofon izni istemez.

4. Yedekler, raporlar ve paylaşım

ZIP yedekleri ve PDF/CSV raporları Android dosya seçicisinde belirlediğin konuma kaydedilir ya da paylaşım menüsüyle gönderilir. Bu konum Google Drive gibi üçüncü taraf bir bulut hizmeti olabilir. Dosyalar şifrelenmez; plaka, masraf ve fotoğraf gibi bilgileri içerebilir. Dosyayı nerede saklayacağın ve kiminle paylaşacağın senin kararındır; seçtiğin hizmetin gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.

Yedek geri yüklerken dosya doğrulanır. Pro sahipliği yedek dosyasıyla aktarılmaz; Google Play hesabına bağlıdır.

5. Android sistem yedeği

Android'in yedekleme ve cihaz aktarımı özellikleri açıksa uygulamanın veritabanı ve dosyaları (fotoğraflar dahil) Google hesabındaki sistem yedeğine dahil olabilir ya da yeni cihaza aktarılabilir. Bu bir Android/Google özelliğidir; ayarlarını telefonundan yönetirsin. Satın alma doğrulama kaydı sistem yedeğine dahil edilmez.

6. Reklamlar (ücretsiz sürüm)

Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob banner reklamları gösterir. Reklam SDK'sını Google işletir; reklam gösterme, ölçme, dolandırıcılığı önleme ve tanılama amacıyla cihaz tanımlayıcıları (ör. reklam kimliği), IP adresi, reklam etkileşimleri ve hata/performans bilgileri gibi verileri işleyebilir. Hangi verilerin nasıl kullanıldığı Google'ın açıklamalarında yer alır:

Gerekli bölgelerde Google'ın kullanıcı rıza platformu (UMP) ile bir rıza formu gösterilir. Seçimini uygulama menüsündeki "Reklam gizliliği seçenekleri"nden değiştirebilirsin. Ayrıca Android ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir ya da reklam kişiselleştirmesini kapatabilirsin. Pro sürümde reklam gösterilmez.

7. Satın alma

Carvemo Pro tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve Google Play Faturalandırma ile yapılır. Ödeme kartı bilgilerini Google işler; biz almayız. Uygulama, satın almayı doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için ürün kimliği, satın alma durumu, satın alma belirteci ve imza bilgilerini cihazda işler. Bu sürümde bu bilgileri alan bir NovaCoreLabs doğrulama sunucusu yoktur.

8. İzinler ve ana ekran widget'ı

  • Bildirimler: Bakım hatırlatmalarını bildirim olarak göstermek için (Android 13 ve üzerinde izin istenir). İzin vermezsen hatırlatmalar bildirim olarak gösterilemez.
  • Cihaz yeniden başladığında çalışma: Telefon yeniden başlatıldıktan sonra planlı hatırlatmaları yeniden kurmak için.

Ana ekran widget'ı yalnızca cihazdaki seçili araç bilgilerini gösterir; veriler cihazdan çıkmaz.

9. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım

Kişisel verilerini satmayız ve araç kayıtlarını reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Uygulamayla ilgili üçüncü taraf işlemleri şunlardır: reklam gösterimi için Google AdMob ve UMP (ücretsiz sürüm), indirme, satın alma ve Android yedeği için Google Play ve Google hizmetleri. Ayrıca yedek ya da rapor dosyası için sen seçtiğin kaydetme ve paylaşım hedefleri.

10. Saklama ve silme

Kayıtların sen silene kadar cihazında kalır. Uygulamada araçları, kayıtları, hatırlatmaları ve gider planlarını silebilirsin. Bir aracı sildiğinde ona bağlı kayıtlar ve hatırlatmalar da silinir; başka kayıt tarafından kullanılmayan fotoğraf kopyaları temizlenir. Silme işleminden sonra kısa süreliğine Geri al seçeneği çıkar.

Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyebilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Dışa aktardığın dosyaları ve sistem/bulut yedeklerini ilgili konumdan ayrıca silmen gerekir. Sunucumuzda kayıtlarını tutmadığımız için bizden silinecek bir kayıt yoktur.

11. Güvenlik

Kayıtlar uygulamaya özel cihaz alanında tutulur ve Android uygulama izolasyonuyla korunur. Uygulama, dışa aktarılan yedek ve rapor dosyalarını şifrelemez. Cihazında ekran kilidi kullanmanı öneririz.

12. Çocuklar

Carvemo çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

13. Haklarınız

Kayıtların yalnızca cihazında olduğu için bilgilerine erişme, düzeltme ve silme işlemlerini doğrudan uygulamada yapabilirsin. Google'ın işlediği reklam ve satın alma verileri için Google'ın sunduğu araçları kullanabilirsin. Yaşadığın ülkenin veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki haklarını kullanmak ya da sorularını iletmek için bize yazabilirsin.

14. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde sayfanın üstündeki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama sürüm notlarında da belirtiriz.

In short
  • No account is needed. Your vehicle records are stored on your device and are not sent to NovaCoreLabs servers.
  • The free version shows Google AdMob ads; Google processes data for those ads under its own policies. The Pro version has no ads.
  • Purchases are made through Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • You choose where backups and reports are saved. These files are not encrypted.

1. Scope

This policy explains how the Carvemo Android app, developed by NovaCoreLabs ("we"), handles information. The app is listed on Google Play as "Carvemo: Car Maintenance". Contact: support@novacorelabs.com.tr.

2. Information on your device

Carvemo stores the following in the app's private storage on your device:

Maintenance and expense recordsCategory, title, description, mileage, date, amount, service provider and an optional receipt photo
Fuel recordsLiters, unit price, total cost, mileage, date and full/partial tank flag

Purchase statusPro ownership and a signed purchase record kept on the device for verification

The app has no NovaCoreLabs account or server. We do not receive, see or process the records above.

3. Photos

When you want to add a photo, the Android photo picker opens and the app can access only the image you select. The app keeps a downsized JPEG copy of it in its own storage. Carvemo does not request camera, location, contacts or microphone permissions.

4. Backups, reports and sharing

ZIP backups and PDF/CSV reports are saved to the location you choose in the Android file picker or sent through the share sheet. That location can be a third-party cloud service such as Google Drive. Files are not encrypted and can contain details like plates, expenses and photos. Where you store a file and who you share it with is your decision, and the privacy policy of the service you choose applies.

When you restore a backup, the file is validated. Pro ownership is not transferred by a backup file; it is tied to your Google Play account.

5. Android system backup

If Android's backup and device transfer features are on, the app's database and files (including photos) can be part of the system backup in your Google account or be transferred to a new device. This is an Android/Google feature that you manage in your phone's settings. The purchase verification record is excluded from system backups.

6. Ads (free version)

The free version shows Google AdMob banner ads. Google operates the ad SDK and may process data such as device identifiers (for example the advertising ID), IP address, ad interactions and crash/performance information to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and diagnose problems. Google explains which data is used and how:

Where required, a consent form is shown through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice under "Ad privacy options" in the app menu. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in Android settings. The Pro version shows no ads.

7. Purchases

Carvemo Pro is a one-time purchase made with Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment card details; we do not receive them. To verify and restore a purchase, the app processes the product ID, purchase state, purchase token and signature on the device. This version has no NovaCoreLabs verification server that receives this information.

8. Permissions and home screen widget

  • Notifications: to show maintenance reminders as notifications (Android 13 and later asks for permission). If you do not allow it, reminders cannot be shown as notifications.
  • Run when the device restarts: to schedule your reminders again after the phone restarts.

The home screen widget shows only the selected vehicle's details from your device; the data does not leave the device.

9. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share vehicle records for advertising. The third-party processing related to the app is: Google AdMob and UMP for ads and consent (free version), and Google Play and Google services for download, purchases and Android backup. In addition, the save and share destinations you choose for backup or report files.

10. Retention and deletion

Your records stay on your device until you delete them. In the app you can delete vehicles, records, reminders and expense schedules. Deleting a vehicle also deletes its records and reminders, and photo copies that no other record uses are removed. After a deletion an Undo option is shown for a short time.

You can clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app. You must separately delete files you exported and any system or cloud backups from where they are stored. Because we do not keep your records on a server, there is nothing for us to delete.

11. Security

Records are kept in app-private storage on your device and protected by Android app isolation. The app does not encrypt exported backup and report files. We recommend using a screen lock on your device.

12. Children

Carvemo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Your rights

Because your records exist only on your device, you can access, correct and delete your information directly in the app. For advertising and purchase data processed by Google, you can use the tools Google provides. To exercise rights under the data protection laws of your country, or to ask a question, write to us.

14. Changes

When we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes. We also mention important changes in the app's release notes.
